It’s around 40% skin fermented wine with the rest direct pressed juice, so you could call this orange wine ‘lite’ in some respects. In that, a vivid, crisp and delicious wine of great energy, passionfruit, just-ripe pineapple, green herbal lift is abundant. Quite tense, definitely ultra refreshing, a very thirst crushing wine with a distinct citrusy finish that piles on the freshness. Strap in!
