Beyond The Pines Viceroy Syrah 2021

This is our second wine from the Wind River Vineyard in the Southern Adelaide Hills. This is a very special site to us, with an eclectic mix of terroir and exceptional quality fruit. The 2021 Adelaide Hills harvest enjoyed extended cool ripening conditions which contributed to the brightness and complexity we see in this wine.

Our use of 40% whole bunch gives rise to elegant structure, soft tannin and savoury notes that complement the dark fruit profile. Gentle winemaking and minimal sulphites allow the character of the fruit to sing. Both juicy and herbaceous, this medium-bodied wine is delicious at cellar temperature or slightly chilled. - Beyond The Pines
