Bikicki Uncensored 2021

'Serbian natural wine' isn't something we thought would be rolling off our tongues, but here we go with Serbia's premier natural wine producer, Bikicki! This is the grape variety traminer produced in the region of Fruska Gora, the flagship (orange) wine from this exciting producer. Fermented on its skins, traminer amplifies fruitiness and floral characters, but here with a good shake of the mixed, savoury spice pouch, some dried apple and gingery elements in tow. Complex, but super refreshing, this is incredibly delicious and individual drinking.
