Black Snake Distillery ASp Joven (Americana) Agave Spirit

Very few people in Australia are making Agave Spirits but we are glad to see they are on the rise. When Stephen and Rosemary Beale discovered wild agave, agave americana, the same agave which is used in making Mezcal on their property in Narrabri, north west NSW they decided to explore the idea of distilling inspired by the traditional Mexican approach...... with a little extra solar power thrown in.

Their ASp Joven is signature style with a signature smokey flavour, notes of caper berry, brine, peppermint and green herbs finishing with a caramel lick. Enjoy neat or or in a Tommy's Margarita.
