Black Snake Distillery ASp Reposado Agave Spirit

Very few people in Australia are making Agave Spirits but we are glad to see they are on the rise. When Stephen and Rosemary Beale discovered wild agave, agave americana, the same agave which is used in making Mezcal on their property in Narrabri, north west NSW they decided to explore the idea of distilling inspired by the traditional Mexican approach...... with a little extra solar power thrown in.

ASp Reposado is aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 4 months giving this expression warm spice, burnt cameral and a delicate sweet smokiness. Perfect to drink neat!
