Blue Poles Shiraz 2022

A lot of Margaret River shiraz can leave you wanting more, scratching your head, wondering why, but here, a perfect example of next level, elegant, refined gear that comes from one of the region's most thoughtful and dedicated winemakers. This is elegant and svelte, the volume goes up in flavour, but feels generally refined and complex. Dark cherry, dried herbs, salt bush, sea spray and a dusting of woody spice. Classic lines, but very cool.
