A blend of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and viognier to produce a textural, salty white wine! Here's what the winemakers say: 

A fresh, textured and saline white, extremely versatile for food pairing and downright delicious. Beurre Bosc pear, white flowers, fleshy white and yellow nectarine, marzipan and wet stone.

A blend of varieties, and a blend of techniques. The Chardonnay was direct pressed and barrel fermented, the Sauvignon Blanc given a short amount of skin contact before pressing and barrel fermentation, and the Viognier carbonic macerated for 7 days before pressing to stainless steel for fermentation and maturation. - Bobar
