Boridga was founded by bartender Pietro Bordiga in 1888 with the motto 'la tradizione è il nostro futuro', which translates to 'tradition is our future’. Made sing wild, naturally organic botanicals grown wild in the varying valleys of the Maritime Alps which are still collected by hand and dried in the open on drying racks. The distilling take place in wood burning copper stills which each botanical steeped separately for optimal flavour.
Refined liquor made with top quality Chinese rhubarb roots, following the antique recipe by Knight Pietro Bordiga. It is an excellent digestive if consumed pure, fantastic appetizer if mixed with soda.
