Our Cru Gamay is chosen from the best parcels of fruit, and the best four barrels we produce, which is a mix of extended maceration and traditional ferments. Half the Gamay is fermented for an extended period of 16 days to add variation and complexity. The wine is aged for 12 months in old French and Hungarian oak.
Our wine has a perfumed bouquet of red fruits, thyme and flint with wild strawberries and cherries on the palate, that finish with a petrichor minerals and tea tannins. - Brackenwood
