This golden wine is rich in texture, with grapefruit sorbet, white peach and apricot flavours. Deliciously rounded palate with lashings of marzipan and honey notes.  Handed picked over two weeks allows us to only harvest the best noble rot bunches.  Fermented over three weeks under cold conditions and rested in a French oak barrel for 12 months allows this wine to develop its rich complex character. - Brackenwood
