Brave New Wine Small Town Red 2023

Bright red/white blend – shiraz, vermentino, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, a little gewurztraminer and viognier. Picked early for freshness, carbonic maceration and co-fermentation for lightness and funk, gentle extraction for light tannin. Ultimate park wine. Bright, aromatic, sunshiny light red for drinking out of the fridge/esky. Or not. - BNW
