This is their Tasmanian project and a blend of, you guessed it, three pinots. The trio in question, pinot noir, pinot gris and pinot meunier. A staple. In that mad little bottle. A vibrant, hazy, light and fresh red that's plush, gluggable, fruity and dynamic. Can drink cold, and definitely buy two, one for now and one for later.
Can also be drunk straight from bottle on the way to the party.
