Joe Holyman, Peter Dredge and Mike Bennie have teamed up again and delivered yet again ! (even if we do say so ourselves)

This is their Tasmanian project and a blend of gewurztraminer and chardonnay musque skins fermented ripasso style with chard and pinot juice, after the ripasso ferment it sat in barrels for 9 months. This one is different and we are here for it, oxy, tannic, very orange.
