The gorgeous Rkatsiteli from Brothers Cellar spent 6 months on skins, 21 months in kvevri and 3 in tank to finish. This is fresh quince and ruby grapefruit fresh with aromas of honey and nuts. Lots of texture on the palate with super fine tannins. Lots of apricot, hay, walnuts and lemon zest.
