Bruno worked for nine months with Frederic Cossard of Domaine Chassorney in Saint Romain and it was there he learnt how to make wine. Today, he lives on the Côte Vermeille in the town of Banyuls sur mer, where he produces wine from his very steep hillside vines. Vall Pompo is an exquisite white made from grenache blanc from schist soils 300 meters above sea level. Rare bird alert!
