Alcohol, organic lemons, sugar and water - that’s all there is in each bottle. No preservatives, no flavour enhancers, no reconstituted lemon. Just real organic Byron Bay lemons, just like the Italians do it.
Because we use organic lemons from different trees throughout the season, bottle colours can vary. We pick lemons in the winter months to ensure we’re ready for spritz summer season.
