Callington Mill Distillery Enigma Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky

Established in 2017, Callington Mill Distillery is located in the historic sandstone village of Oatlands, Tasmania. It was quickly recognised for its world-class, entirely Tasmanian-made facilities and its meticulously crafted spirits.

The Enigma, aged in ex sherry casks from Spain and ex port casks from Portugal is soft and delicate single malt with wonderful depth. Burnt orange, caramel and nutmeg on the noise with layers of raisins, orange, oak and spice on the palate. An all occasion whisky.
