Established in 2017, Callington Mill Distillery is located in the historic sandstone village of Oatlands, Tasmania. It was quickly recognised for its world-class, entirely Tasmanian-made facilities and its meticulously crafted spirits.
Rich and golden, as the name suggests this expression is aged in Pedro Ximenez casks and the result is a true celebration of the Spanish Pedro Ximenez grapes. A wonderfully fully present single malt there are notes of toasted nuts, cinnamon, figs, charred oak a a biscuit sweetness.
Crowned Single Malt Whiskey of the Year at the 2025 at the London Spirits Competition, this whiskey is well worth the money.
