A young and vibrant Calvados, made in the AOC Domfrontais region of Calvados in Normandy, France, Victor Gontier uses a high ratio of pear to apple brings softness, roundness and ripe aromatics. There's a touch more caramel and toffee in this release due to some extra ageing. This expression is a 'farm-made' calvados, which means that it is made entirely on the farm.
