A lighter weight but not-without-body red of startling green herb and pepper spice elements woven through mulberry, black cherry, turned earth notes and crunchy blueberries. Very bright in its elements, a touch wild in the best sense and as per the variety’s inherent personality. This can take a chill, though that will uptick the greenery in the wine, depends on how the mood strikes you.
