Fruit was picked from Glenferry Vineyard, near Hope Forest, Adelaide Hills. Foot stomped and left on skins for 16 hours, then whole bunch pressed. The kiss of skin maceration softens the herbaceous character of the sauvignon blanc. Super textural and little oxidation makes for interesting drinking. Not your classic Fume, but fun summertime drinking nonetheless.
