Carussin Rosso di Digby 3L

Ooof, natural wine in cask. Nice one, Carussin. This is straight up barbera, all crisp and crunchy, kinda Campari meets cranberry juice, vibrant and fresh, a dash of spice, a little pleasing sour tang to close. It will last ages in your fridge and should be drunk straight out of it. Four 'bottles' in one box makes good sense for drinking over a while or sharing around a bit. So good.
