Riesling from King Valley, thirty days on skins. Pressed off, viola. Judiciously matured.
Ooh, lovely scents, beautiful dried floral whiffs, dried mixed peel, preserved lemon, ginger. Crisp and crackly in the palate, more of the preserved lemon and gingery notes, dried apple, cool and fresh feeling with serious texture in tow.
A dry, powdery finish. Very good, more delicate than previous releases, but well resolved. I like it. - The Wine Front
