Pale straw colour with golden glints, more intense with ageing. Its expansive and penetrating fragrance is made up of unmistakable floral and fruity notes. Its flavour is rounded and pleasantly smooth, with a persistent aftertaste, and is best appreciated at room temperature in ample glasses allowing it to breathe. Evoking the naturalness and the sweet, yet at the same time harsh character of alpine nature.
It’s produced by a long cold hydroalcoholic infusion of Genepy flowers hand picked high up in Val Maira, on the mountain slopes with the best exposure. - Chambeyron
