Champagne Georges Remy Les Quatre Terroirs NV

Georges Remy is a young, third generation vigneron crafting exciting Champagnes from the Grand Cru village of Bouzy. Les Quatre Terroirs hails from four terroirs spread across the Grand Cru villages of Ambonnay, Bouzy, and Louvois, along with the Premier Cru village Tauxieres. The assemblage is 77% pinot noir, and 23% chardonnay drawn from 94% 2019 vintage and 6% 2018. The palate brims with vibrant red fruits and succulent cherries, underpinned by a subtle saline edge that lends precision and poise.
