Champagne Rousseaux-Batteux Blanc de Noirs NV

Adrien, a 4th generation winemaker based in Verzenay and managing the estate since 2012, works with 2.6ha and follows strict organic principles, not using herbicides or insecticides. Vinifying each parcel separately, he creates powerful, ageworthy wines. This cuvee is 100% pinot noir from 2018 and 2019 vintages. Medium on the nose and fine small bubbles, light creamy texture, the wine is elegant and has quite a long finish. With notes of red apple, brioche, biscuits and rhubarb. Superb.
