For many years, Valerie’s family were growers and selling their grapes to the local co-op or negociants. In 2000, she opted to farm organically and in 2007 produced her first cuvee. 

100% pinot noir. Energetic, vivid bubbles, a sluice of cherry fruitiness with toasty, cinnamon spice and gingery notes in lemon and apple, with saline minerality in tow. It's a brilliant, excellent Champagne that defies the norm in its unique profile, finesse and purity.
