Once abandoned vineyards (for a good 30 years or so), vigneron Guyonne Saclier de la Bâtie revitalised remarkable plots of serious Loire Valley terroir and has birthed one of France's most sought after and keenly followed wine labels. This is scintillating chenin blanc, tightly wound, super minerally and briny, textural and persistent. It's class stuff, super delicious, refreshing and detailed. The cult following is deserved.  2020 // 750ml // ABV 13.5%
