If you want to see natural wine nerds go apeshit over a rare producer then jam a bottle of Bonnezeaux in their faces. While using the term 'unicorn' around wines is kinda lame, these do tend to fall into the ultra-rare category and do tend to get squirrelled away by the wine trade - we like sharing. These are scintillating wines, this Les Coqueries a treatise to ultra-minerality and sea spray/briny salinity with scorching citrusy freshness and vitality. Oh, and a bit of nutty savouriness for complexity. SO much charm. 2020 // 750ml // ABV 14%
