Made to the very same recipe of Clemente Chazalettes from 1876, this barbera based red vermouth is intensely flavoured. Piemonte wormwood, Piedmontese herbs, marjoram and musk mallow, sandalwood, mace, galangal, clary sage, cinchona bark and coriander are all macerated individually for weeks before being blended together. Notes of tobacco, orange, cherry, liquorice and rhubarb bitterness. A beautiful Piedmontese vermouth.
