Pommeau de Normandie is crafted by marrying fresh cider-apple juice with fine Calvados, this luscious Pommeau is blended before fermentation (three parts apple must to one part Calvados at 65°), locking in all that orchard-fresh sweetness. Time spent resting in oak casks gives it irresistible smoothness, warmth, and a golden glow.

At 17% ABV, it’s dangerously easy to love. Serve it well chilled in a tulip glass and let the aromas rise — think baked apples straight from the oven, caramelised brown sugar, and a whisper of buttery spice.
