A collaborative project from neighbouring Yarra Valley winemakers Alessandro Stefani and Doug Lilburne of Mise En Place wines, using fruit from the Stefani family's vineyards. Bright, fresh, easy-going pinot noir. Red fruited with a smattering of dried herbs in the background, a backbone of crunchy acidity and fine chalky tannins to finish. Absolutely wouldn't hate half an hour in the fridge before cracking it.
