Cocchi Americano Bianco Aperitivo
Pronounced CO-KEY, Cocchi Americano Bianco Aperitivo has been produed in the same way since 1891 when it was first made by pastry chef Giulio Cocchi. Made in the style of of bianco vermouth from moscato d’asti, it is fortified with brandy and aromatised with botanicals which include gentian and cinchona bark, along with orange peels and herbs (the full recipe is a secrete). Soft and round it is perfect for drinking as an aperitif on ice with a twist of orange or in classic cocktails such as Vespa Martini and a Corpse Reviver #2.
