Maidenii Sweet was created with the Negroni in mind. Created to be perfectly balanced both as a vermouth and as a component of the cocktail (ie not to sweet to overpower the gin) the Maidenii uses Cabernet from Central Victoria. Strawberry gum, sea parsley, river mint and wattleseed, are delicately blended with grapefruit, mace and angelica root.
