The most amazing honey ever! This is wild honey, produced by wild bees from natural swarms (no intensive breeding or re-queening) in a hive made only from natural and local materials with no beeswax or plastic to increase yield and no chemicals or additions at all. Just honey.
Post brood honey is harvested from the comb which has come though the broodnest over time, the combed are crushed and strained at the very end of the season into liquid honey and set in the jar. Smooth and creamy with an amazingly rick and complex flavour.
