Corentin Houillon is another of the superstar Houillon clan (nephew to Emmanuel, Adeline and Aurelien, though only 7 and 15 years younger than Aurelien and Manu respectively). These wines are very much in the style of his family, fresh and alive, but with a glacial Savoyard edge and also speaking to Corentin's technical proficiency having worked widely in top natural and conventional wineries.
Co-fermentation of altesse 47% and jacquère 53%. Aged in vats on fine lees until bottling. This white wine represents the identity of the estate, the identity of each plot (jet, molasses, scree), and the two grape varieties complement each other magnificently.
