Our great mate and neighbour at Porcine restaurant in Paddington (above our bar and shop there) makes this garagiste offering in a warehouse in Marrickville from tiny parcels of fruit. We love his wines, soulful, interesting, distinct, somewhat edgy but with great drinkability. This is stone fruits, dried and fresh, curry powder, fennel, pepper and green herbal notes all combined - perfume and palate in synch. A very textural orange wine that delivers depth and chomp ideal for winter months in Australia.
