Our good pal and head honcho at Porcine restaurant above our Paddington shop and bar makes this micro-négociant gear in Marrickville from small parcels of organic fruit. Always humble, direct, intriguing wines, with a left-of-centre skew and high drinkability. This is no exception. It’s 75% shiraz and 25% chardonnay, the former on skins for a day, the latter on skins for two weeks. The sort of edgy, interesting red/white blend we could all use a little bit more of in our lives.
