An equal parts blend of grecanico and insolia from the Sicilian legends at COS. This wine is fermented on skins and has a beautiful early sunset orange colour, with aromas of orange-blossom, apple cider and marzipan. Some fresh apricot and peach notes are balanced with a green tea tannic feel. Finishing with honey and jasmine - absolutely beautiful. Iconic and not to be missed.
