Costadila Moz Frizzante NV

This is prosecco, but not as you know it. A blend of moscato fior d'Arancio and glera which spends 8 months in steel. It's a wild, yellow colour with a soft and fine bead. It's crunchy like freshly baked bread, with an elegant mineral note and a slightly bitter finish. 

This is, so, good. If you know, you know - if you don't, take this as your written invitation to get it into your bod. SLURP !
