Crusher Wines are born from a love of locally sourced produce, community and
experimentation. We source the best Queensland fruit from across a range of climates
to create fun, interesting and thoughtful wines with as minimal intervention as
required. We offer a fresh & accessible take on what can be expected from Queensland
Wine.

A whole berry co-ferment of cabernet sauvignon and merlot with a little cabernet franc in the mix too. Aged in old french oak barriques resulting in soft tannins, dark chocolate and morello cherry with a hint of black olive. Named for our late cat, Macchiato. The wine equivalent of a black forest cake made by your best friend for your birthday. - Dom and Tom, wine makers
