Crusher Wines are born from a love of locally sourced produce, community and
experimentation. We source the best Queensland fruit from across a range of climates
to create fun, interesting and thoughtful wines with as minimal intervention as
required. We offer a fresh & accessible take on what can be expected from Queensland
Wine.

Basket-pressed chardonnay, aged in older oak barriques and topped with semillon. More of a true orange wine than anything else we’ve made. Golden-hued with driving acidity, it’s flinty but floral and there’s heaps of citrus pith and citrus oil to dance around your mouth. Chilling adds some apricot jam notes and decanting softens the whole experience very nicely and drifts towards that lighter tannic, tea-like mouthfeel. - Dom and Tom, wine makers
