experimentation. We source the best Queensland fruit from across a range of climates
to create fun, interesting and thoughtful wines with as minimal intervention as
required. We offer a fresh & accessible take on what can be expected from Queensland
Wine.

A barbera and sangiovese co-ferment, aged in both stainless steel and old french oak barriques. Bold, herbal and spicy. Light and juicy in the mouth but with heaps of depth and form. Cooked plums and cherries like the inside of a good danish tart, with notes of blood orange carried along with the acidity. Loves a bit of chill like a back deck dinner in winter. - Dom and Tom, wine makers
