Honey, floral notes, peanuts, spice and green apple, citrus and marzipan. It’s a bit savoury, but also has plenty of white peach and honeyed flavour, the bubbles are kind of vigorous and foamy, and there’s some saline character too, with flinty grip and a finish of good length. - The Wine Front
