A 12-year-old blended Armagnac from the Darroze family’s ‘Assemblages’ collection, designed to showcase the diversity of the area. A definitively richer style, with plenty of oak influence woven through. Coconut, vanilla bean and walnuts on the nose with flashes of roasted nuts, panna cotta and sultanas on the palate. Hearty and punchy, with warm baking spices riding high through the finish.
