Darroze Bas Armagnac Les Grands Assemblages 20 Years Old

Bottled at 20 years of age, this is a mature and complex expression of Armagnac from the Darroze family’s ‘Assemblages’ collection, designed to showcase the diversity of the area. After two decades in cask, the alcohol and tannins have softened, and what remains are dense and concentrated flavours of orchard fruits, dried figs, sultanas, praline, candied orange peel and spices such as cinnamon and cloves. Plush, long and best enjoyed by the fire in a stately armchair.
