Straw yellow in the glass, with a fluffy, pillowy white head. The nose is all about the yeast – rich bold and intriguing. Zesty citrus blossom, orange peel and spice, with a hint of funk.
The flavour comes in waves and changes on the way through. At first there is bright citrus fruit, followed by biscuity malt, then the spices hit with a peppery hop kick to finish.
