This wine sees 12 hours skin contact, a press, then six months maturation in amphora on lees.

Golden-ish, bright colour. Waxy texture, quite the depth and richness here yet a cooling, saline core elevating things. Grilled lime, spicy, crystallised ginger, faint toffee apple notes, not quite sweet but has a ripe-ish fruit profile and a slip and slide to texture unlike most Hunter semillon.
