Denavolo Dinavolino 2022

Pretty serious, sharp and sassy skin contact from Emilia-Romagna. Blend of malvasia, marsanne and some other lesser known local varietals. Two months of skin contact. Chock full of herbs with a slightly astringent, peppery sting and the grip of just slightly over-steeped black tea. Nice and grippy, she's a slow burner with citrus peel, dried white flowers and musk revealing themselves slowly and elegantly.
