Didier Grappe Traminer Ouille 2021

When it comes to Jura, Didier Grappe is amongst the well known producers, and always managed to keep its pricing very affordable. Didier is a fervent adept of making its wines ouille style, which means the barrels are topped up to avoid oxydation. The wines always show an amazing salinity and freshness.

Traminer is a variant of savagnin that Didier is vinifying separately as the aromatic is slightly different, more exotic fruits, but still maintaining a lot of acidity and tension. The fruits to make this wine come from three different plots of the estate.
